ATM기 사용자 리서치를 통한 사용성 향상 방향에 관한 연구

초록

With the development of information and communication technology, the use of smart banking, a non-face-to-face financial business processing system, is expanding. Although the use of smart banking is increasing, the frequency of bank use is still high among the elderly who have low use of smart banking and difficulty using smart devices. Elderly people visit banks in person, make deposits and withdrawals through employees, or use ATM. In this study, we aim to improve the inconvenience of existing ATM through SUS(System Usability Scale) and find an optimal interface guide so that ATM users can use ATM more conveniently.
