초록

s today's business environment becomes more mass customized, the importance of on time sample delivery is increasing. Based on the case study of mass customization semiconductor industry, this paper presents a systematic approach to just-in-time sample delivery. The objective of this study is to design a engineering sample delivery process for customer to secure visibility. It is believed that this study will be more receptive to results that include real time sample delivery monitoring.
