건설 프로젝트 공기 지연 발생에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인 분석

Delays in construction project schedules are a critical concern, as they often lead to cost overruns, quality issues, and contractual disputes, significantly impacting project success. While existing research primarily focuses on specific processes or types of work, their limited scope may not fully capture the broader context. This study aims to address this gap by comprehensively analyzing factors contributing to construction schedule delays, using real-world cases from building and civil engineering projects with documented schedule extensions, alongside a review of existing literature. The relative impact of these factors was assessed through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), based on survey responses from construction scheduling experts. The findings reveal that "work stoppages (external factors)" are the most significant contributors, with "labor strikes" and "material supply delays" emerging as critical sub-factors. Notably, "delays caused by raw material price increases" were identified as having the highest weight, emphasizing their critical influence. This study highlights the importance of developing effective strategies to address these key delay factors and mitigate their impact on project schedules.
